Excellent price for a comfortable apartment in Dresden. The friendly owner Jörg lives upstairs and was always available to help us. Good location near restaurants, grocery, bakeries and tram/bus stops. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Dresden.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden in der kleinen, sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Dank der zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder und der guten Erreichbarkeit der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel konnten wir ganz auf Fahrten mit unserem Auto verzichten. Der Hinweis auf die Nutzung des Hofes durch eine kleine Kindertagesstätte ist wichtig. Und hat das Spielen der Kinder überhaupt nicht gestört.

Die Kommunikation war gut und ausreichend. Die Küche war mit allem, was man braucht. An den Strassenlärm muss man sich erst gewöhnen, aber dann geht es. Der Preis ist angemessen.

Wir haben mit einer Rollstuhlperson,gut im Objekt zurecht gekommen.Auch die Ausstattung, hat uns gefallen. Es war für uns ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Auch die Auskunftmappe hat uns sehr geholfen.Es war eine gute Zeit für uns. Vielen Dank an Herrn Melzer.
