About this apartment rental
The apartment is modern and decorated in fresh colors to relax. From your cozy bed and the breakfast table you look directly into the green. In the kitchen, attention was paid to high-quality electrical appliances. B. a Senseo Pad machine for quick coffee enjoyment. A starter set with coffee pods is free on the day of arrival. Dishwasher available. Terrace with chairs.
It is hard to believe to find such a quiet place. And that in central proximity to everything Stuttgart has to offer. In Bad Cannstatt there is a. the Daimler Museum, the historic 'Wilhelma' zoo, mineral baths, the VfB stadium and of course the second largest festival in the world, the 'Cannstatter Wasen'. The city center of Cannstatt has Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays a culinary market worth seeing. Aldi + Lidl on foot.
To the center of Stuttgart by subway in 15 minutes (walk to the stop in 4 minutes). To the airport in less than 30 minutes by S-Bahn.

Schöne kleine FeWo an den Weinbergen.
Küche gut ausgestattet.
Internetanschluss für HD-Videos ausreichend.
Ganze Wohnung und vor allem das Badezimmer jedoch recht klein.

Die kleine, feine Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen! Das Bett in der Nische lädt zum Chillen ein, gleichermaßen kann man sehr bequem darin schlafen und auch von dort TV gucken. Die Kommode sowie der begehbare Kleiderschrank bieten super viel Platz, sodass man seine Sachen super verstaut und aufgehängt bekommt.
Die Terrasse ist so windgeschützt, dass man auch bei 10 Grad die Sonne genießen konnte. Die schönen Blumen drumherum und der abends leuchtende Lampion machten ein rundherum stimmiges Bild und trugen zum Wohlbefinden bei!
Das Inventar in der Küche ist super! Alles da, was man benötigt, von schönem Geschirr über Messbecher, Backpapier, ausreichend Gläser und schönen Tassen. Auch, dass Spültabs, Spüli, Handtücher, Müllbeutel vor Ort sind ist super. Ganz zu schweigen von dem Starterset Kaffeepads!! Auch im Bad gibt es Handseife, Duschzeug und Handtücher, sowie Toilettenpapier.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld war sehr unkompliziert und man bekam sofort Antwort auf alle Fragen. Vor Ort blieb auch kein Wunsch unerfüllt und man bekam nützliche Tipps zur Umgebung, neben den sehr netten Gesprächen!! Die zu Fuß erreichbaren Supermärkte, der Weinberg vor der Haustür, der See in der Nähe und Stuttgart, Tübingen und Ludwigsburg machten den Aufenthalt perfekt!!! Ich komme wieder!!!

Die Wohnung liegt super, sowohl von der Anbindung an den ÖPNV als auch von der Wohnlage her. Sie ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, und sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind zudem sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Alles top! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich habe mich in den 4 Wochen im September 2014 sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit, großzügig und telefonisch jederzeit erreichbar. Sogar einen selbst gebackenen Pflaumenkuchen spendierte sie zum Kaffee.
