About this apartment rental

3 room apartment in the center of Constance, beautifully located directly on the Rhine. The large apartment with 88 sqm and river view has an underground car park and is close to a train station. In front of the house, the public beach invites you to swim. You can visit several restaurants and a shopping center in a few minutes on foot. High speed internet for business and leisure is also available.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Modern eingerichtet. Geräumige Zimmer. Tolle Aussicht auf das Seerheinufer und die Promenade. Man ist in ca.10 Minuren zu Fuß in der Altstadt und in ca 5 Minuten im Supermarkt bzw. beim Bäcker. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett. Alles top!

Sehr helle und komfortable Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und gut nutzbarem Balkon. Tolle Lage am Seerhein und Nähe zur Altstadt mit sehr schönem Weg über die Uferpromenade dorthin, gerne von Studenten an lauen Abenden genutzt. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt dort.
