Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles neu, tolles Bad, sehr ruhige Lage, super sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Hätte nicht besser sein können.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

A little terrace to chill outside
Modern equiped and an AC, which helped us massively to combat the heat (notice, this was one of the biggest reasons for us to book here, as in the surroundings no one seems to want to invest in AC)
Internet connection was very good too
Only nature sounds, no loud noises in the countryside where this place is.
The bathroom was really nice equipped.
I loved the bed, but that’s a bit more personal opinion.
If we ever return to Konstanz area, it will be Ferienhaus Hegne.

Das Apartment ist neu renoviert, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist mit großen Fenstern ausgestattet und daher sehr Tageslicht durchflutet. Alle Fenster sind mit elektrischen Rollläden ausgestattet. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und im Sommer sicherlich gut zu gebrauchen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, Geschirr war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist schön, allerdings braucht man ein wenig Zeit, um nach Konstanz zu gelangen, sofern man nicht mit dem Auto fahren will (Bus ca. 45 Minuten in die Altstadt). Wir waren zu viert untergebracht, wobei die Schlafcouch gut als Schlafmöglichkeit zu nutzen war. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos über einen Schlüsseltresor, die Kommunikation war sehr gut und unproblematisch. Der Balkon ist klasse, mit Tisch, vier Stühlen und einem Sonnenschirm.
Das einzige ist der Preis, den man bereit seien muss, für das Apartment zu zahlen. Aber das muss ja jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.
