Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Public parking 100 m. Leider hatte es in der Wohnung und in der Anlage extrem viele Mücken, auch Tigermücken. Unsere Mittel halfen, aber zuwenig. Mit Kindern ist das eine Herausforderung und mindert die Qualität deutlich. Die Anlage ist sehr ringhörig und nicht geeignet für lärmempfindliche Personen. Am Pool herrscht ein strenges Reglement,was wir aus Italien sonst nicht kennen. Kinder dürfen nur im Planschbecken Ball spielen, und wenn sie sich zurufen beim Spielen, werden sie ebenfalls gemassregelt. Begründung: damit die dort wohnenden,italienischen älteren Herrschaften,welche zwar am Pool lagen,aber nie schwimmen,nicht gestört werden. In der Nacht haben die dort wohnenden Jugendlichen oft gebadet und waren recht laut.Unser Sohn durfte auf dem Parkplatz nicht radfahren,es sei zu gefährlich wegen der älteren Autofahrer! Aber der dort wohnende Jugendliche konnte jeden Abend auf seinem knatternden Motorrad seine Runden drehen.Insgesamt ist für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben. Schade,denn die Anlage wäre wunderschön mit dem Park. Als letzter Kritikpunkt funktionierte unser WLAN nur eine Woche und dann nicht mehr. Trotz vieler Anrufe und Besuche in der Agentur konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. Es sei ein Problem des Anbieters,welches nicht in nützlicher Frist zu beheben sei.
