About this house rental
Dear guests, our detached holiday home with a large garden offers optimal comfort for up to 8 guests and is u. a. equipped with a terrace and a small and a large balcony.
The house is newly renovated and only surrounded by gardens. No street noise.
A carport is available.
In the 1st On the first floor there is a large studio with a north and south balcony. A large bookshelf as well as lounge furniture and a couch invite you to relax. A table tennis table with rackets and balls, as well as children's games and building blocks for children are also available.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (1st Bedroom with double bed; Second Bedroom with bunk beds and a very good sofa bed)
In the studio (open bedroom) there is another double bed. The studio cannot be completely darkened in daylight. There are curtains and a small closet for clothes.

You can go shopping in the Rheingalerie in 15 minutes.
Delicious Greek restaurant 1 km away.

Das Ferienhaus entspach im wesentlichen der Beschreibung und den Bildern im Angebot. Wir würden das Haus zwar nicht als Villa bezeichnen, aber es bietet reichlich Platz, auch wenn die Raumaufteilung etwas unglücklich ist ( ein kleines Kinderzimmer, ein großes Wohn/Esszimmer mit offener Küche im Erdgeschoss, das leider mittig durch eine Wendeltreppe durchschnitten wird und ein riesiges Zimmer im Dachgeschoss). Der Garten bietet schnellen Kontakt zur Nachbarschaft, die sehr freundlich sind. Wir konkurrierten in den Sonnenstunden mit dem Mähroboter, der täglich sehr pflichtbewusst seine Arbeit verrichtete. Das Erdgeschoss ist modern renoviert, das Dachgeschoss hat noch 70er-Jahre-Flair und besteht aus einem hellen, sonnigen Raum, in dem sich etwas lieblos reingestellt Möbel, ein Laufband und eine Tischtennisplatte finden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch einen etwas muffigen Geruch aus dem Keller eingetrübt. Das Haus liegt in einem reinen Wohnviertel. Maxdorf ist kein Ort in den man sich sofort verliebt, die Lage ist aber gut gelegen für allerlei Ferienaktivitäten (Städtebesichtigung, Baggersee, Weingüter), ein kleiner Park und die nächste S-Bahnhaltestelle sind nicht weit von der Wohnung und etwas entfernter gibt es auch alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt). Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir haben unsern Aufenthalt in Maxddorf insgesamt sehr genossen.

Für die alltägliche Versorgung ist ein Auto notwendig. Der nächste Bäcker ist über 1 km entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich inmitten einer versiegelten Umgebung, um mit dem Hund gassi zu gehen muss man erst weit über zugepflasterte Wege gehen.
Das Haus selbst ist gut eingerichtet.
