About this apartment rental

Only rarely can you find such an attractive property in the well-kept state of Coburg. A magnificent, free-standing listed building from 1900, which will inspire you. The spacious property was completely fenced in 2018 and equipped with paved parking spaces. The sunny garden and the terrace areas open to the southwest and offer you and your family in the summer additional, protected outdoor living space. The holiday home has two floors, which offer enough space - holidays in the countryside in harmony with nature. All rooms in a stylish ambience are spacious and light-flooded.
In the house there are 3 apartments, also a perfect option for families who want to spend the holiday together with other families or friends.

Die Wohnung ist im Großen und Ganzen super. Super Bad, schöne Betten...(die Couch ist eher mittelmäßig gemütlich). Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr übersichtlich und durchaus ausbaufähig. Wir waren aber sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Also erstmal möchten wir vorab sagen, dass wir definitiv wiederkommen würden. Wir haben leider ein Geschirrspüler vermisst, ein bisschen Kochuntensilien und genügend Besteck/Geschirr. Wir haben die Wohnung ja nicht mit 8 Leuten genutzt (wäre aber Laut Inserat möglich, nur müsste man dann in Etappen essen :-).) Das ist aber alles meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Es ist ein traumhaftes Gebäude. Die Fewo ist super groß, hell und modern. Gerne wieder. Lage zu Coburg Spitze...nur 15 min zur schönen Altstadt. Alles super

Sehr schöne Anlage, sauber und gepflegt. Ist bestens für Kinder oder auch Hunde geeignet, da der grosse Garten eingezäunt ist und das Zufahrtstor geschlossen werden kann. Haustiere sind erlaubt. Ganz in der Nähe kann man kleine Wanderungen (blaues Kreuz, blauer Punkt, S1 und S2) und Spaziergänge machen.
