Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem Dorf, sehr ruhig, umgeben von Feldern und Wäldern. Es gibt einen sehr guten Busverkehr als Anbindung zu den umliegenden größeren Ortschaften. Vorhanden waren auch ein Bäcker, Gastronomie und ein Freibad (im Moment im Umbau und Erneuerung, wieder geöffnet in 2026). Alles machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck.
Wir hatten keine Beanstandungen. Als Radfahrer ist zu bedenken, dass die Ortschaft höher liegt als der Durchschnitt, d.h. es ist eine Anfahrt von 7 km mit Steigung. Dafür ist die Gegend aber ein Eldorado für Wanderer.
