About this apartment rental
In my accommodation, it is a 2 room apartment in the
second floor of a 5 family house, with a size of 53 sqm.
The apartment has a very nice view of the edge of the Saxon
Switzerland and is located in a quiet residential area. So sleep on
Weekend and week, is no problem.
Since the apartment is very quiet, the connection to the center of Dresden or in the direction of Saxon Switzerland is excellent. Stand here
Bus and train available. The stops are easy to reach.
About 5 minutes walk there is a bakery and about 3 minutes by car is the Kaufpark Nickern, with many shops and a large supermarket. Nearby are also McDonald and Lidl, Aldi and Co.

Wohnung ist sehr gut,aber der Ort Nickern ist 10Km von Dresden entfernt.

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne und entspannte Tage in Dresden und Umgebung verbracht.
Die Ferienwohnung ist geschickt gelegen und erlaubt Besuche in der Dresdner Innenstadt und in die nahe gelegene "Sächsische Schweiz".
Parken ist etwas schwierig, denn es ist nicht immer einfach in den umliegenden Straßen den Wohngebietes einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter klappte reibungslos.
Für Ausflüge nach Dresden mit der Straßenbahn ist ein kostenloser Park and Ride Parkplatz in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ins Elbsandsteingebirge, Festung Königstein, Bastei braucht man ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto.
An heißen Tagen kann die Wohnung sehr warm werden, da Dachgeschoss.
Die Parkplatzsuche entlang der Straße ist schwierig und oftmals eine Glücksache direkt etwas zu finden.
