We definitely recommend this property. it had everything we needed for a comfortable self catered week. The photos on line were accurate to the property and the main house had 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a 1 bedroom annex. This provided extra privacy for one couple. Secure parking for all 3 cars and a private outdoor area.The pool was clean and the grounds are beautiful.There is so much to do in the area that 1 week was not enough.

A great stay overall. Hubert the Chateau owner is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom we stayed in was huge. We stayed the third week of september so a little chilly in the mornings when you got out of the shower!! Kitchen is fully equipped and a lovely big table for everyone to eat around inside and out. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with plenty of cycle paths and Chinon is 3 miles away and easily walked/cycled to. All in all a great stay.

Omdat wij als familie: opa en oma, kinderen en drie kleinkinderen in de leeftijd van 1 tot en met 6 jaar geïnteresseerd waren in wijnproeverijen, kwamen wij terecht in Rivière. 's Morgens kastelen en wijnproeverijen bezoeken en 's middags het zwembad voor ons alleen.
Dat maakte de keus niet zo moeilijk.

Super fijne vakantie gehad in dit ruime en nette huis. Eigenlijk zijn het 2 appartementen en iedere slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer. De omgeving is prachtig, super fijn zwembad. Hubert en zijn vrouw zijn heel gastvrij en we komen zeker nog een keer terug!
