About this villa rental
Are you looking for a pampering holiday in a quiet but close to town location in a spacious luxury villa surrounded by palm trees, cypresses and orange groves, then you will feel comfortable in our Villa Ralf.
Villa Ralf is located in a district of Denia with typical Mediterranean, village flair. Away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, the idyllic settlement is located in the middle of the orange plantations and yet central: only 3 km away from the next wonderful sandy beach and around ten minutes to the idyllic old town of Denia.
Denia is one of the most popular resorts in the Mediterranean. The small Mediterranean town with its ruined castle is considered the gateway to the Costa Blanca and is often referred to as the California of Europe. It's in season all year round.
Villa Ralf is located on a 3700 sqm plot with a beautiful, secluded garden. It was completely renovated in 2012 and offers everything that belongs to a dream vacation. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a cozy living area with gas fireplace and TV, and a 100 square meter terrace, of which 60 square meters are covered. The barbeque area is also located here. The pool is 12x5 meters, not far from there is a jacuzzi for 6 people and a sauna house. A floodlit tennis court, which can be converted into a volleyball court with just a few hand movements, a basketball hoop, table tennis table and a trampoline are available for sporting activities. A children's playground was created for small children, with a 50 square meter sandpit in which there is a baby pool, slide, swing, etc. Furthermore, there is a 60sqm guest house on the property with a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
And since a perfect vacation is rounded off by the fact that you can quickly and easily reach your loved ones at home or your professional contacts, free internet use is part of the all-round carefree package for your vacation.
We only charge you the final cleaning costs separately once with € 350, as well as a laundry package (bed linen, hand, shower and beach towels, etc.) with € 15 per person. For environmental reasons, we use energy-conscious electricity and charge 0.25 € per kilowatt hour based on actual consumption. The costs for water and gas consumption as well as pool and garden maintenance are included. A one-time deposit of € 400 is payable in cash to our house manager on arrival, who will keep this amount until your departure. On the day of moving out, the deposit will be repaid after visual inspection in the rental property, minus the costs for electricity, if you hand over the house without damage.

This swimming pool was in a great central position, with plenty on sun beds. So adults could relax while children played in the pool.
For eating in there was plenty of crockery and a fantastic selection of glasses.
The beach was easily accessible.
Denia is a lovely town.
We had a great family holiday in Villa Ralf with 4 generations.

This is a lovely spacious house with a small annexe. Lots of comfortable lounging space in the shade. Good tennis court and salt water swimming pool situated in a lovely garden.Very well equipped kitchens.

There were 14 of us, three families with children from age 7.We had a very comfortable stay at Villa Ralf. We went to the beach and to Terra Mitica, but spent most of the time at the house enjoying the pool, tennis and jacuzzi.A part of the group, including two 16 year old boys, went to Karting Javea to go go kart racing and they just loved it. There are no stores or restaurants within walking distance from the house, but that did not bother us. We just drove to the store and filled the house with everything we needed and went a couple of times into Denia for dinner.About 10 minute drive from the house there is a shopping mall with Carrefour in it with everything you need (Portal de la Marina, Avenida Costa Blanca, Ondara). There is also a Carrefour in Denia, but we found it more convenient to drive to Ondara.Overall, the house is great and we would highly recommend it.
