Tempora Holiday Home is a recently renovated flat in St John Lateran area. Located on the fifth floor of a 50s building, it's provided with lift and concierge services. The flat, fully furnished and well equipped (linen, free wi-fi, air conditioning, heating system, satellite tv, dishwasher, washer dryer, kettle, strong box), is roomy, cozy and quiet, perfect for with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, one living room, two bathrooms, one living room.
Tempora Holiday Home is located in the Appio Latino area between via Tuscolana and the Appian Way, two important steets of the city, very close to "Ponte Lungo" underground station on the Line A and Tuscolana station, on the railway line to / from Fiumicino Airport . The area is well connected with the city center by buses (16, 85, 87) and well served (restaurants, local markets, cinemas, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, banks, night clubs, parks and gardens).

Property manager was very kind and accommodating. She gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit, shop and eat. Property was clean, modern and well kept. Location is only a couple blocks from Metro and the grocery store. Nice balcony although the view was of a parking lot. Both bedrooms and one the bathrooms was roomy. Highly recommend.

The property is conveniently located near a train station with a direct line to the FCO airport. It is also conveniently located one block from a metro stop. Working with the property owner was very easy and the property was very clean. We stayed comfortably with five people, two adults, two teenagers and one kid. The only thing that caught us by surprise was the amount of graffiti on the buildings in and around the property. When we first got off the train we were a little concerned based upon the way the nearby buildings looked. However, the neighborhood seemed very safe and we enjoyed our stay very much. We later realized that most of the city outside the historic areas looks this way. If you don’t mind being 5 stops by the metro from Termini, this is a very clean and comfortable location.

The property is exactly as listed and photographed. Giulia was very easy to correspond with when booking her property. She met us for both check in and check out and answered all of our questions. The area has many wonderful restaurants in walking distance as well as a cafe next door for coffee & pastries. The Metro is a short 5 minute walk from apartment. It’s a very quiet building. You do hear some street noise but it’s not an issue. We felt very safe in the apartment building as well as walking in the neighborhood. Apartment is on the 5th floor and there is a small elevator that fits 3 people as well as a staircase. There is plenty of space to relax after a busy day touring Rome. We had 4 adults and we really liked having 2 bathrooms.

We stayed there for four days and had a great time. The place was nice and clean and we got the chance to walk around and the people was really nice. There's also a restaurant down stairs that was really good.
