This semi-detached cottage is located in Saham Hills near to Watton in Norfolk and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Hayloft is a semi-detached cottage in the village of Saham Hills close to Watton and Swaffham in the Norfolk countryside. The cottage sleeps four people and has two super king-size double beds, and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric flame effect log burner. Outside is off road parking, shared use of a lawned garden and paddock with outdoor furniture, a private, enclosed gravelled garden with furniture and barbecue and shared use of a hot tub. Set in superb countryside. The Hayloft is a lovely cottage, all year round.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric flame effect log burner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher. Large screen Smart TV, WiFi, a selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private, enclosed gravelled garden with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of lawned garden and large paddock with fun dog agility tests. Shared use of hot tub (private use can be booked). Four well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.3 miles. Please note: This property only accepts Friday changeovers.

Swaffham is eight miles away with fine Georgian buildings housing shops, pubs and restaurants, a bustling Saturday market and a twice-monthly farmers’ market. Nearby Thetford Forest offers the Go Ape high wire experience, while a trip to Norfolk’s beautiful coastline or stunning Broads can easily be enjoyed, as can the magnificent cathedral city of Norwich.
