It was very obvious from the start that the house was newly renovated. Almost everything still had the tags on it. Absolutely nothing was plugged in, turned on or tested before I got there. There were no amenities, such as soap, dish cloths, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet brushes, or even bins in the bathrooms. I worked through some of these issues fairly easily with the management company. If you stay with a dog, be aware that the next-door neighbors have two dogs that are extremely aggressive against the fence anytime you are outside or they can hear you moving around inside the house. The road noise is next to the house is somewhat loud, but easy to ignore most of the time. There are some very nice walking trails just a quarter mile from the house. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
