Villa Rosso Karrubo is the ideal choise for your holidays!
It is the best choice for large groups or for 3-4 friendly families! The villa has private pool , and it is 5 minutes away by car from Perama city, where guests can find super markets tavernas a cafe as well as a bakery. The sandy beaches of Panormo are just 10 minutes away from the villa by car.We promise the stay in our resort to be an unforgettable experience satisfactory even for the most demanding travellers. Our villa offering breathtaking panoramic views of the green Cretan hill as well as the Mediterranean sea!
The villa is a two story building in the total of 340 sq. meters and it can accommodate 16 people in beds in 6 bedrooms. Staying in our villa offers you the advantage of having vacations with friends and having your private place for you and your own family!
Layout of the villa:
The villa is separated into four independent parts. The first two parts are the two main houses (120 sq.m each), they have two floors with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two kitchens each and the other two parts are the two apartments (50 sq.m each) with one bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchen each on the lower level which have independent entrance from the garden. Each part contains a big living room area with a dining table, that means that you will stay in a villa with 4 living rooms, 4 kitchens, 4 dining areas, 6 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms, having enough space and facilities for everyone!
All parts are fully equipped and independent from each other and they can only be booked as one villa, offering an advantage of more privacy between a group of friends or families.
Entering the two main houses (two first parts), each contains: on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area which consisting of the living room with a fireplace, a satellite HDTV, the indoor dining area, one small office desk, one WC and two fully equipped kitchens of top quality fixtures and appliances.
The living room area has direct access to the main balconies where you can find an outdoor big dining table.
Reaching to the first floor from the stairs: there are two bedrooms in each house, one with double bed and the other one with two single beds. Each bedroom have air condition, smart TV and access to balcony with a small coffee table. Between these two bedrooms there is the main bathroom with bath and shower.
Finally on the level of the garden and the pool, you will find the other two independent (parts) apartments which have one bedroom with double bed each, one bathroom with shower each and an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa-bed with HDTV and an indoor dining table each. The apartments have direct access to the garden-pool area.
The villa is located in a private land of 2,000 sq.m on the outskirts of Keramota village, 14 km away from the well known beaches of Panormo village.
The exact location of the villa which is actually on a hill overlooking the small village, offers to our guests the advantages of full privacy in all the outdoor areas, unique panoramic views from the surrounding area till the sea and total quietness!
Outdoors there is almost 1,000 square meters organised fenced area with many facilities and spots for relaxing, unique beautifully landscaped aromatic herbs, flowers and trees!
More specifically in the outdoor area you will find a sitting area on the veranda, an organised barbecue area with dining table under a pergola, a 70 sq.m private swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas which also contains a children’s pool, a fenced parking area for many cars and enough space covered with grasses in order for young children to play with safety.
Totally isolated but close to living areas, our villa offers full privacy and quietness to our guests!

The villa is located on a hill overlooking the small village of Keramota which is 14 km away from the closest sandy beaches in Panormo area and 8 km from Perama town where you can find everything that you might need like shops, taverns and supermarkets.The whole surrounding area is in a quiet natural environment and even though the living areas are close, you can feel "away from it all"!In Keramota village there are two small but great taverns which you can reach on foot.The location is giving you the advantage of staying in one of the most traditional areas of Crete where people are still growing up with the traditional values and the real traditions! Take advantage of the location and explore the nearby villages of Melidoni, Margarites, Eleftherna, Zoniana and Anogeia where you can interact with real Cretan people and feel the Cretan hospitality in the highest level.
Around those villages you will also be able to see some unique sightseeing spots like the Idaion Andro cave where the Zeus was born according to Greek Mythology, the Zoniana village museum with candle statues and the cave "Sfendoni", the well known cave of Melidoni, the traditional pottery shops in Margarites.

We stayed at the villa for two weeks and had a great holiday. The villa is perfectly suited for members of a large family wishing to spend holidays together while each having their own private space.

We were 15 people that lived in this wonderful house. 8 adults and 7 children from the age of 5 til 17. Irini was so helpful with all our questions. Yes, the house is a bit from beaches and cities but this is what we loved the most about the house. The calm, the beautiful view and sunsets. And it doesn't take long to go to the beaches, but you definitely need a car.
I thought the children would get bored, but they all loved it! There is plenty of things for them to do in this house. It is so good that the house is divided into 4 seperate apartments.
We definitely want to come back!

A wonderfull house and wonderfull host..Perfect for a family vacation with small children..The view to the mountai s,lots a thing to play with,table tennis,basket,the pool..The house was so good lot of space..We have the host and her family to make greek food for us,a wonderfull meal..and we have ordred 1 hour a yoga..so good

This is a really good house and pool. Its well laid out with balconies and the pool is amazing. Air conditioned which is good in the summer. Everything you could want.Irini is so welcoming and gave us a lovely platter of food on arrival. Its cleaned regularly too. You really need a car to see the sights in Crete if you stay here as its a drive to the supermarket and the tourist sites. Highly recommend if you want to get away from it all.
