The journey begins from Villa Sfedami In the area of three monasteries only 4 km from the enchanting city of Rethymnon is built one of the most impressive villas, the Villa Sfedami.
It is a 400m² house spread over three levels, along with the full functional basement, with seven bedrooms, four bathrooms fully equipped with essentials and a Wc. It can accommodate up to 15 people.
The distinctive feature of Villa Sfedami is the vast green garden of a total area of 2000 m2
In the area of three monasteries only 4 km from the enchanting city of Rethymnon is built one of the most impressive villas, the Villa Sfedami.
It is a 400 m² house spread over three levels, along with the full functional basement, with seven bedrooms, four bathrooms fully equipped with essentials and a Wc. It can accommodate up to 15 people.
The distinctive feature of Villa Sfedami is the vast green garden of a total area of 2000 m2, with a luxurious 55 m² pool with spa, overlooking the area and inviting you to spend hours relaxing or having fun on the sun loungers and the outdoor lounge .
We also took care of our young guests and made a playground for endless hours of play and for our older guests there is a ping pong table available.
The outdoor dining room overlooking the pool and the garden with a barbq has the ability to serve more than 14 people, offering unique moments to family and friends.
The ground floor of the house impresses with the plethora of natural light that floods the area through the oversized windows of the living room and the dining room.
In the lounge, guests can relax on the comfortable sofas, enjoying unlimited views of the pool and the garden, watching Tv on a plasma tv screen 49" with netflix or listening to music. The impressive energy fireplace creates a sense of tranquility and relaxation in space.
The dining room can accommodate your meals, which are prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge, hotplates, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything else you need to prepare and serve your meals.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and a private balcony, bathroom with shower, Wc and office for those who want to organize their jobs even on vacation.
On the second floor are four bedrooms, all with double bed, wardrobes, air conditioning and the tree of them with a private balcony. There are also two bathrooms one with a large spa- bath and the other with a shower.
In the basement of the house there are two more bedrooms two single beds each, where can be accommodated one more bed, on request. Here you will also find a bathroom with a shower, a gym, for those who want a vacation but also they want to stay fit, a room with a washing machine and a ironing board.
All rooms are air-conditioned and the house is protected by an alarm system.
The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and long walks to enjoy the Cretan nature and the spectacular views of the Cretan Sea and the atmospheric city of Rethymno.
A bus stop near the villa from Monday to Friday bus to Rethymnon and back city 08:30 10:30 12:30 16:30 18:30 20:30.
The location is also suitable for those who wish to visit the other major cities of the island, such as Chania and Heraklion, as well as the famous southern beaches of the prefecture, having direct access to the main road, avoiding traffic and delay in the streets city.

The whole party loved the villa. Beautiful pool area and lots of grassy areas for children to play including the little kids play area which they used every day
Lovely sitting area indoors and a large outdoor dining area with shade
Great bedrooms and bathrooms
A car is definitely a must but quick journey to Rethymon centre and beautiful beaches
Hosts were great in both response and fulfilment of requirements

This is a fantastic house to stay in with family or friends. We were here with 13 people en realy enjoyed the house, the livingroom, the garden en the pool. We rented cars, which is almost necessary to even get to the house.
The Host was realy quick in solving any inconvience, like a shortage of gas at the BBQ.
The only thing that needs improvement are the bathrooms. The shower curtains are dirty and after a shower the bathroom is flooded.
Overall a perfect stay at lovely Crete!!

Great place to unwind. Location was great, close, but not too close, to the city. Great views.

House very nice for 12. We were few families and enough place for every one.
