We had such a great stay here! The apartment is really comfortable and honestly a fantastic deal for the price. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and made our check-in super flexible and stress-free.
They also gave us tons of great local advice: where to eat, what to see, and even about parking in the city (an absolute lifesaver!). Another huge perk was having breakfast arranged at a nearby bar, which was a really nice touch compared to standard apartment rentals.
The location is perfect too, just a short walk to the harbor. If you're on the fence about booking, just go for it. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Ein kleines nettes Hotel mit 3 Zimmer, der CheckIn lief problemlos und schnell ab. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und bequem gewesen. Das Frühstück mit Gutschein im nahegelegenen Cafe war ebenfalls sehr gut. Insgesamt kann ich sagen, dass ich sehr gerne wiederkomme.

Struttura nuova, pulita e accogliente. Francesca, la proprietaria, è molto gentile e disponibile a fornire tutte le indicazioni che occorrono. Dista dalla stazione di La Spezia Centrale circa 5 minuti di auto, quindi ottima base per visitare le 5 terre in treno. Parcheggio pubblico comodo e disponibile sotto la struttura.
Nulla. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto: la distanza dal centro: 1,5 km a piedi.
