Looking for serenity and relaxation in beautiful green surroundings? Your search stops here! Manon and Xavier are pleased to welcome you to their 2 holiday cottages (gîte).
Just a few minutes away from Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur, the cottages are located near the famous Cider Route, a variety of golf courses and many other attractions and activities are available at your doorstep. The 1.7 hectares of land will offer you the tranquility, nature and breathing space you have been looking for.
Ideally located to allow you to enjoy horseback riding, explore the local picturesque villages of Pont-l'Evêque, Cambremer, Beaumont-en-Auge, just to name a few, and famous historic sites such as the Landing Beaches, Tapestry de Bayeux and many more. This location offers you the option of playing a round of golf or simply enjoying the surrounding beaches - all are just a short drive away.
Furthermore, you can benefit from Manon and Xavier’s knowledge of the best local food artisans and traiteurs, think locally produced cider and fresh sea food! To top it all off, they have a wide variety of comic books (French) and DVD’s (old) at your disposal.

Bereits die Anfahrt zum Ferienhaus bietet Idylle pur. Vorbei an einzelnen Fachwerkhäusern und auf einer von Bäumen gesäumten Straße erreicht man das Anwesen der Gastgeber, welches einen grandiosen Blick über die nach Süden gelegene Landschaft eröffnet. Das Ferienhaus ist ein langgestrecktes, ursprünglich zu landwirtschaftlichen Zwecken genutztes Gebäude. Die umfangreiche und hochwertige Innenausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung und ließ keine unserer Wünsche offen. Hier haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders positiv hat sich die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Manon im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts gestaltet. Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung und vielen Informationen war die Gastgeberin zwar immer erreichbar, aber ansonsten waren wir ganz für uns. Le Nid de Merle bietet sich als idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Calvados an oder man kann hier auch ganz einfach die Ruhe genießen. Das Ferienhaus können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Longère au calme dans un lieu magnifique.
Manon la propriétaire est une personne agréable qui gère très bien ses gîtes.
De plus tout le confort est là!

Charmante et authentique demeure normande avec tout le confort moderne. Une vue magnifique sur la campagne normande, un havre de paix à 20 km de Deauville.
