The "Appartamento Casaglia" is part of a typical Tuscan hamlet with a total of 7 units with private parking and shared pool. The apartment is composed by 2 levels, at the ground floor entrance through a large window door into an open-space that includes dining and living area with 2 sofa bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a toilet; at the basement floor the master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, double sink and wc. at the same floor there is a wardrobe room equipped with 2 folding beds that can useful for family with children. The wardrobe room have access from the master bedroom. A large garden over 200 sqm is available with table and chairs and the access can be through the master bedroom or from a wood gate located next to the main entrance. The private parking and the pool are 30 mt from the apartment. The access to the hamlet is through an electric gate, the key holder will give to you the remote control at the Check In. A wonderful view of San Gimignano famous for its history and towers is available from the pool and from the private garden. The pool is open between May and September, sun beds available for all the apartments.
