Located in the heart of the picturesque village of Pigi, Sissi Boutique Villa is an ideal choice for guests seeking a relaxing holiday in an authentic Mediterranean setting. The villa is within walking distance of everyday amenities and just a short drive from the beach and the charming old town of Rethymno.
Sissi Boutique Villa consists of three independent units, offering privacy and comfort, making it perfect for larger groups travelling together. The property spans 260 sq. m. and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by the pool terrace and private swimming pool. A staircase on the left leads to the first floor, the main entrance to the ground floor lies straight ahead, and to the right, you will find the kitchen and living area.

-One bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), charming old fireplace, and direct access to the pool terrace
-Two bedrooms with twin beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can be combined into a king-size bed:
-One with access to the pool terrace
-One opening to an inner courtyard with a seating area
-Laundry room with washing machine
Open-plan living room and kitchen next to the pool:
-Living room equipped with: Comfortable sofa, a 48" HD Smart TV with Netflix, a Bluetooth speaker, a Wii console and board games
-Fully equipped kitchen suitable for self-catered stays, and a dining table seating up to 10 guests
-Additional WC next to the living area
First Floor
-Staircase from the terrace leading to the first floor
-Veranda overlooking the pool, ideal for relaxation
-Second sitting area with sofa and armchairs
Two spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms:
-Bedroom with twin beds (0.80 x 2.00 m) that can be joined into a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), work desk, sitting area, and small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard
-Bedroom with king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), sitting area with sofa, and access to a large veranda overlooking the pool, furnished for outdoor relaxation

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15EUR per night from April to October and 4EUR per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

We had a great time at the villa. Location was great and we were able to visit places we wanted to see. Also, villa is Conveniently close to little stores and tavernas. Communication with the manager were good with no surprises. Overall I can recommend it to anyone.
