Nice and cosy, good location, few steps fom the town centre. The backyard is very pleasant, I can imagine in hot days might be nice to spend there an evening. No problems with key collection, at the end we just left money on the desk.
In the smaller bedroom noises could be heard coming from the bathroom - probably the boiler... info, from our kids... But no big deal.

the villa was small and the bathroom was outside the villa , it was very cold to get out and have a shower .
No hot water , unless we turn off the heat . We had to choose between both because the electricity went down .
