The host was really friendly. The location was excellent with amazing views and the flat was very spacious.
The kitchen was a little dated and had no kettle. There were quite a few clothes in cupboards- not a big issue as there were so many cupboards to choose from so it didn’t affect our stay.

The view was OUTSTANDING! Location was perfection! So close to all the amazing restaurants and beach. We loved the deck. 360° views. We highly recommend!
We were sad the primary bedroom’s bathroom was not in service.

- Tolle Lage, sehr stadtnah und nah am Strand
- Relativ ruhig (9. Stock)
- Riesige Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick, Nordausrichtung, kann im Hochsommer ein Vorteil sein
- Der Google-Maps-Link führte ca. 200 Meter am Ziel vorbei. Besser: "Pizza Kupa" eingeben, das führt direkt zum Ziel
- Die Spülmaschine war kaputt, es gab auch keinen weiteren Reparaturversuch ("Müsst ihr eben von Hand spülen")
- Es gab keine Nachttischlampen
- WLAN funktionierte nicht, wurde aber recht schnell intstandgesetzt.
- Achtung: Genügend Bargeld mitbringen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit der Kreditkartenzahlung bzw. Überweisung. Das hat leider zu einer unschönen Kommunikation geführt. Ich habe ein solches Auftreten von einem Vermieter noch nie erlebt, war ziemlich heftig.
