About this house rental
This brand new holiday home is situated in the beautiful Tauranga Bay. The white sand beach is great for swimming and a tidal estuary that is well suited for kids to play in.
Just over the hill from Whangaroa harbour (10 min drive) which boasts great fishing and diving. There is also the historic Whangaroa Hotel, boat ramp, Marina and the Whangaroa Game fishing club which does great meals.
There are a number of golf courses within a short drive including Kauri Cliffs and Whangaroa Golf course.
Enjoy the large deck which flows from the living area with bi-folding doors. Modern kitchen with gas hobs and an electric oven. Two living areas - one upstairs and one downstairs.
Special conditions:
Bond of $500.00 required, to be paid separately by internet banking.
Smoking allowed outside only.
No pets.
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$100.00 per stay); Linen (included); Bond (Required, NZ$500.00 per stay);

We (my spritely 70-something dad; my 40-something husband and me) had a fantastic stay at Tauranga Bay, in no small part thanks to the spacious and well-appointed house. We were able to socialize with our friends who live just up the hill without stepping on their toes, and having all the comforts of home (washer, large kitchen, dishwasher, multiple bathrooms, Great hot water, etc) made our stay both comfortable and convenient. Merci!
