Lovely place perfect base for a long weekend visiting family. Had everything I needed for my stay, good size, very clean warm and comfortable. Very quiet location close to the train station and walking distance to town. Lorraine the host is lovely and I would recommend her place to others.

The standard of the Annex to a high spec,great quality
towels,bedding.
Hygiene throughout exceptional.
Toiletries and welcome food items.
Small points which would not put me off rebooking;
Smart tv and lighting in kitchen/dinning area just needs
a lower level on dimming switch:
