Villa Evgoron is approved by Greek Tourism Organization with license number: 1041K91003166201 & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Located in a peaceful village of Zouridi, the one-storey 145 sq. m villa offers the best comforts to our guests. It can accommodate 4 people in beds and up to 6 people if it is necessary.
Indoor layout
Entering the villa and as you go through the hallway there are 2 double bedrooms, both with direct access to the pool area. Then there is a bathroom with a shower which is fully designed to be accessible with a wheelchair. Additionally, a WC is found in the same area.
After the hallway there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with large sofas and a 32" HDTV with Netflix. Additionally, for the more athletic types, there is a treadmill in the same area. The large window from the living room area leads you to the outdoor terrace, garden and pool. Next to the open plan living room area, there is a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 43 sq. m swimming pool with child pool
- Fully equipped barbecue area
- An outdoor dining table with views to the pool and the surrounding landscape
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs) for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa
- Parking space for 4 cars.
- The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering privacy to our guests.

The Villa is located in Zouridi. The whole surrounding area is a quiet natural environment ideal for relaxing but also being very close to all kind of supplies shops, restaurants and services. Please see below where the closest amenities can be found.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Weit und breit idyllisches Landleben. Ein Mietwagen ist hier daher ein Muss.

La villa est parfaite : spacieuse, extrêmement bien équipée (en ustensiles ménagers mais aussi y compris des moindres détails comme des pansements par exemple), piscine à fond plat très bien pour s’amuser. D’un calme exemplaire à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. La voiture est indispensable au quotidien mais la villa est bien placée comme point de départ pour visiter l’île. Les représentants du propriétaire sont très à l’écoute et de bon conseil pour les visites. La propreté de la villa est aussi exemplaire. Vraiment une très très bonne adresse !

The villa was fabulous. Very spacious, clean, well-equipped. Great air-con throughout the villa, including bedrooms. Cleaned regularly. The outdoors area was great as well, plenty of seating and tables around the villa, comfortable loungers and umbrellas, good outdoor lighting. The pool was lovely and was very welcome during the hot July/August weather. We made good use of the mint and rosemary plants growing outside, as well as the lemon and lime trees. The villa is quiet, safe and secure. It's in a quite location - perfect for "getting away from it all". We would definitely return and would absolutely recommend this villa - probably the best we've experienced in 10+ years booking with this website. Thanks to Kostas & team for a really excellent holiday.
