Casal Gabbi is at the top of a hill, in the open countryside, a traditional peasant house recently renovated and transformed into a delightful farmhouse divided into 5 apartments, which is located in an area with spectacular views of the Marche hills. The property is entirely fenced.
The apartments are brand new, comfortable, spacious, carefully furnished, suitable for any type of guest need and offer comfort and relaxation. Also available to guests: swimming pool, solarium, large garden and wi-fi service.
The place is ideal for those who love peace, silence and the slow rhythms of the wonderful country life. The strategic position allows you to quickly reach both the sea and the mountains.
Civitanova Marche is less than 20 km away, and in less than 45 minutes you can reach beautiful seaside resorts such as Porto Recanati Numana and Sirolo, which in addition to offering beautiful sandy and rocky beaches, offer many services from a tourist point of view.
If you prefer the mountains to the sea, with an hour's drive you can easily reach the Monti Sibillini Park, the Monte Conero Natural Park, Sarnano, Ussita, Visso, Frontignano and Fiastra. One of the most suggestive destinations from a naturalistic point of view is Lake Pilate. The Pilato Lake is a mirror of mountain water located on Mount Vettore, in the massif and in the Monti Sibillini National Park at an altitude of 1,941 m s. l.m; the lake is home to a particular endemism, the Chirocefalo del Marchesoni, a small red crustacean measuring 9-12 millimeters that swims with the belly facing upwards. The area also has a very small insect called ditiscide, a black aquatic beetle of Boreo-Alpine origin.
There are many big designer outlets where you can relax and make very advantageous purchases from an economic point of view; within 30 km there are outlets of brands such as Prada, Tod's, Manuel Ritz, Manifattura Paoloni, Hugo Boss, Lori Blu, Cesare Paciotti, Santoni, Hogan, etc ...
One of the most important places in the Marche region is undoubtedly Loreto, which welcomes thousands of faithful each, curious to see the famous Black Madonna inside the Sanctuary. Other places of worship of considerable interest are: in Fiastra - Chiaravalle di Fiastra Abbey; Montecosaro - Abbey of S. Maria a Piè di Chienti; Montelupone - Abbey S. They sign; Corridor - Abbey of S. Claudio al Chienti; Tolentino - Santuario S. Nicola.
For those who love culture, the flagship is certainly the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi in Recanati. However, not far away there are historic palaces and castles: the Gradara castle, the Rancia castle in Tolentino, the Caldarola castle, the Ducal palace of Urbino, the Cathedral of Fermo.
In just over an hour there are also two of the most important and well-known naturalistic realities at national level, such as the Grotta dei Frasassi and the Cascate delle Marmore.

We felt really welcome. The appartement was very clean and we enjoyed the peace and quiet environment. Only downside was the bed which is not really wide. But I have to say we are big people.

Down in the Marche region, longing for holidays, we found a relaxing environment, felt very welcome and so to say "at home", but in a nicer climate. We got all the privacy we needed with a discrete presence of the hosting family. Giulia is always ready for a talk and very attentive (speaks fluent french and english), Roberta gave us advice which places to visit (thank you, Roberta!) and we appreciated the talks/hello's in the evening we had with all other family members. The appartment was super clean, comfortable and all utilities and furniture were of a very good quality. The pool is large and well taken care of, I was lucky to have it for myself for my morning swim. The garden was a discovery for me, plenty of fruit trees, different variaties, taken care of with dedication (great job, to dad of the family).
To summarize, we had a fantastic stay and I already started recommending this place to my friends and colleagues. We are visting Italy several times a year, always renting houses or appartments, and this is one of our favourites.
Last but not least, I made best friends with Teo, the youngest of the families' dogs! @Giulia, give a hug from me, I can already feel his paw in return

L'appartamento Aurora che ci ha ospitati per una settimana volge a est, il sole sorge dalle colline e dal patio è possibile godere di una vista ed un panorama unici.
La cucina è ben accessoriata, il letto comodo e gli spazi esterni sono molto curati. Roberta, la proprietaria è davvero gentilissima, dai suggerimenti su come esplorare i dintorni alle informazioni utili, all'approvvigionamento di prodotti locali. Ci ha portato a scoprire i migliori pecorini, oli e paste locali; strepitose! La piscina è meravigliosa, i lettini sono assegnati per ciascun appartamento così si ha sempre la serenità di trovare il proprio posto. Una chicca riguarda le piante aromatiche coltivate in giardino, oltre ad essere a disposizione degli ospiti, diffondono un profumo strepitoso. Speriamo davvero di poter tornare.

Splendido casale con vista panoramica, immerso nei campi di girasole. Appartamenti accoglienti, puliti e confortevoli, con la possibilità di cenare nel proprio portico godendosi la vista delle colline marchigiane. A metà strada tra le spiagge della costa ed i Monti sibillini, ideale per visitare le principali mete turistiche o perdersi tra gli incantevoli borghi, per poi tornare e rinfrescarsi nella piscina più che adeguata per i 5 appartamenti. La proprietaria è sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza o suggerimento per rendere il soggiorno piacevole, rilassante ed interessante.
