Casa Padronale "i quindici alberi" is located in the heart of the gentle hills of the province of Ancona. Panoramic view over vineyards and olive groves to the sea and up to the highest mountains of the Marche. Fully wheelchair-accessible with great kitchen line (dishwasher, coffee machine, ...) and natural surroundings, including large swimming pool. Large private terrace. The romantic town of Serra de 'Conti with all shopping is only a ten minute walk away. The surrounding area offers everything for nature lovers and leisure sportsmen. The best wines of the brands grow directly in front of the front door. Very quiet location, no noise and no big street nearby. The apartment is original rustic renovated in the style of the farmhouse of the free farmers of the Marches. Two extra beds are available on request, and all necessary furniture for toddlers (bed, treadmill, high chair) can also be hired if required. With basic "Bed & Breakfast" or as a pure self-catering apartment to rent according to agreement. Reserved parking spaces for passenger cars. Pets Allowed. Also well served by public transport.

La location è esattamente come descritta,tutta la proprieta è tenuta in ordine, sempre curata e pulita.
Essa si trova in mezzo alle valli quindi sia dalla piscina,deliziosa anche se fuori terra,sia dagli appartamenti il panorama è mozza fiato...
Sicuramente un posto da prenotare e a soli 20 minuti da Senigallia..la strada è bellissima tutta in mezzo a campi e prati..attenzione solo agli autovelox ce ne sono parecchi...
