Holiday home Villa La Quercia is a lovely property that includes WiFi internet and shared pool. The apartment / condo has a total of three separate apartments. The property can accommodate up to 13 people comfortably. Villa La Quercia is located 1 km (3696 ft) from Sassetta, Italy and only 90 km (56 mi) from San Gimignano in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma". If playing a round of golf is important while on holiday, you are in luck because there is a course nearby.

When you arrive you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of sightseeing. Also available outside are a barbecue grill and patio. This vacation rental is a multi-unit property which is perfect for a group of friends or acquaintances traveling together that want to have private living and sleeping quarters while sharing the common areas, such as the pool or garden, with the group. Each apartment is equipped with its own fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation.

Villa La Quercia, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet and pool.
Fresia (45sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom and can sleep up to four people.
If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four guests.
