Beautiful provencal villa with huge terrace.
Large flat park of 3,500 m2 without vis-à-vis, lawn and massive landscapes.
Pool of 12 x 5m with poolhouse spacious and well equipped: shower, toilet, sofa, table / chairs for meals, kitchen with sink, fridge and dishwasher.
Large trampoline for children. 6 new mountain bikes.
Master bedroom with large bathroom, bath + shower + toilet. Bedroom upstairs for 4 people with bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
2 TVs connected. Wifi available in the house and the poolhouse.
Fully equipped kitchen. 2 Nespresso machines (one at home and one at the poolhouse). BBQ Weber 4 fires on the terrace.
Property near the shops, the port, the beach. No need for a car, everything is done on foot.
Possibility to reserve Zodiac rigid hull of 10m with skipper at the day.

We had an incredible stay at this property in Le Brusc! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the port, making it easy to explore the area without needing to drive. The pool and pool house are simply stunning, providing a quiet and relaxing retreat. The house itself is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. We were there with kids and teenagers, and they all had an absolute blast. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

We had a lovely 13 night stay in this villa.
The villa is traditional and charming with huge grounds, many beautiful areas to sit or dine and a quite fantastic large swimming pool. It is well located in the unspoilt village of Le Brusc within walking distance of the beach where you can join the locals in their morning constitutional which consists of a chest-deep wade in the sea back and forth along the length of the beach and of the harbour with its many good restaurants. The whole area seems very French and relatively unspoilt and thankfully not as cosmopolitan chic as resorts further East.
We had a few niggles with the villa. There was no hot water for the first few days, door handles kept falling off in one of the rooms and one of the beds upstairs collapsed. Responses to our problems from our host, Marie, were however always swift and eg the hot water was restored via a new water tank with immersion heater very promptly by a local firm of heating engineers.
The villa would not accommodate more than 6 adults comfortably with the remaining beds upstairs suitable for children.
All in all we loved the peace and tranquillity of the villa, a real haven from the outside world and, as the sign by the pool said “Ici, c’est le paradis”.

We spent a wonderful 2-week holiday at Six-Fours-les Plages. The house, garden and pool are beautiful. The beach, harbour, restaurants, supermarket are all in walking distance and Sanary-sur-mer can easily be reached by bike. The host was very responsive to our messages.

We have spend a wounderfull week with our two kids in the Villa in October. The weather was still good and we were able to use the great pool. The house is well equipped and sits in a wounderfully designed large garden/park. The separate pool house with its facilities and dining table makes it easy to spend the time at the pool. The house is situated in a quiet sidestreet but is very close to the harbour and the various bars, caffès and restaurant which can easily reached by foot. The bike that came along with the house allowed us to explore the nearby mountains and beaches. We had a great time!
