About this house rental
Come and enjoy the Sights and Sounds of Magnificent Marseille and Provence. It is a very peaceful place ideally located in an exceptionally trendy area.
The house, located on a dead-end street with no traffic is very quiet, as it is surrounded by an inner garden and near a park. The garden is flat with no danger. Parking for up to 3 cars. This is an Exceptional and Very rare house in the city of Marseille
The “Mansion” was designed in the 19th century with very high ceilings (4m’s), moulding decorated rooms, oak parquet floors and a fire place. The house, having thick walls that help to keep it cool in the summer.
The house has a large and very secure garden (1500m2) where the children can run and play. You will enjoy the very nice pool, the ping-pong, the swing set... You can enjoy your lunch and dinner outside in the shade of plane trees, .
Nearby, nice food shop, grocery and fish restaurants.
The house is very well equiped with wi-fi, a gaz bbq, washing machine, dryer, café machine, hair dryer, the beds are very good quality (160X200 or 90X200)

We choose our holiday around this beautiful house as it ticked all of the boxes. Holidaying as two families we found the house to be perfect with the right number of bedrooms to bathrooms, a lovely outside eating area and the fabulous pool. The house is a typical French style with lovely features.
With views of the national park from your bedroom window we felt as though it was outside of Marseille.
Initially I was a little concerned about holidaying in Marseille for security and safety purposes but we had no trouble at all. It’s just a case of being sensible.
Charlotte was fantastic, very helpful and brilliant at English. Would certainly return.

This was a last minute find that easily and quickly eclipsed the original booking in Les Goudes that had been canceled. The owner responded quickly to emails and to any questions. So I'll give the hosts + five stars.
I don't think I've had the pleasure of staying in a more enchanting home in the middle of a bustling city. The villa is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of the Calanques, so beautiful hikes are 15 minutes away. And its also near the beach, so a 5 minute walk leads to local spots ideal for early morning swims.
We picked this place for a yearly writing retreat for a group of academics and this house had lovely places to write and read. Its well-appointed kitchen hosted fun group meals - excellent provisions are a quick walk down the street. And for breaks, we took afternoon dips in the pool. We all loved the artworks and the villa's overall aesthetic that makes this a truly unique enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to a return visit.
