About this apartment rental
A yellow, bright and charming flat with a very well equipped kitchen corner with dish washer and microwave; a nice bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with shower where there is the washing machine too.
The added values of the property are the beautiful equipped terrace with the stunning and ever changing view on the bay and the rare and precious free private parking exclusively for guests. Wi-fi and air conditioning are available too.
Outside the property there are the bus and shuttle stops. The village is just 10 mn walk away as well as beaches.
Portovenere, a real gem of the Ligurian coast, is the ideal starting point to visit the well- known 5 Terre, the front island La Palmaria and Lerici.

The property is every bit as wonderful as the photos suggest. Very well equipped and clean. Teresa always responded very quickly to any communications. The property is ideally located for Portovenere - a quick walk down the hill and a gentle walk back up. The parking provided is invaluable as spaces are at a premium in the area , and parking is expensive. However, as other guests have indicated it is a tricky spot to get into- so once we had parked we made the decision to leave the car where it was and use public transport - buses and boats for the rest of the week. We enjoyed a very relaxing week in the property in Portovenere.

The property is perfect for two people with private secured parking and a very big terrace with a amazing views across the bay to watch all the boats coming and going. The property is well equipped with good wifi, washing machine and hob. The view is what makes it special though. A 10 min walk to the beach which is a bit steep coming back up so up you need to fairly fit, and for the walk back from Portovenere. Ideally location for exploring Cinque Terre by boat and recommend a day trip to Lucca and Portofino.

Zwei Wochen haben wir hier im Mai und Juni 2018 verbracht. Das Apartment, wie beschrieben, klein, aber sehr sauber. Es reichte auch gut für unsere beiden Hinde, die wir nach Rücksprache mit der sehr freundlichen Eigentumerin mitbringen dürften. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Ein paar Details fielen aber auf, die störten, so die Spülmaschine, deren Klappe so schwer zu öffnen war, dass sie nach vorne kippt. Eine Glasablage über dem Waschbecken im Bad, die von vorne rein so schief angebracht war, dass man drauf nichts ablegen kann. Glasteller in der Mikrowelle, der sich nicht dreht, Stecker einer Stehlampe defekt, weil abgebrochen. Kleinigkeiten, die aber bei sorgfältiger Durchsicht auffallen müssen
Über ein oder zwei kleine Hängeschränke hätte man sich auch gefreut, beispielsweise im Bad und in der Küche für ein paar Vorräte.
Kleine Terrasse, wie beschrieben, allerdings mit wirklich herrlicher Aussicht auf den.
Zur Information für Hundebesitzer: man kann nicht gut mit den Hunden laufen, es gibt nur den Fußweg an der Straße. Einen Platz, aber die Hunde mal laufen lassen kann, gibt es nicht.
Was aber wirklich stört, ist der fehlende Hinweis, dass sich das Apartment und die Terrasse liefen direkt an der einzigen Zugangsstraße nach Porto Venere ohne wirklichen Schallschutz, d.h. man hört jedes Fahrzeug, das in den Ort hinein fährt. Sonntags dürften dies etwa 3000 Fahrzeuge sein, vorsichtig geschätzt.
Wir hatten 4 Sterne gegeben, aber es war so laut, dass es nur 3 Sterne geben kann.
