2- The location is unique in Umbria: the villa is in fact situated in Perugia, in the countryside, but just a 15 minutes walk from the historic center of the medieval and Etruscan city, as well as from the illustrious “Università degli Stranieri” (University for Foreigners) and severals prestigious Italian language schools. Perugia is also at the center of Umbria and Umbria is at the centre of Italy, the ideal location … and the more convenient for those who want to have a foothold to visit not only Perugia and Umbria but all central Italy. And why not? Even a single-day visit to northern and southern Italy is possible.
3- There is no need to have a car: at only about 600 feet of country road there are all kinds of city services: bus stop, supermarkets, shops, pizza restaurants, pastry and coffee shops. The villa is so cute and charming. Super close to the city center. Giuseppe was incredibly kind, even drove us around and showed us where things were! Perugia was our favorite destination (and we went to a few big places)! It is absolutely beautiful. So so worth it!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nuba. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, very knowledgeable of the area, even took us on a short tour in his car to highlight stores, restaurants, etc we might be using. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and the temperpedic mattress was great. We would definitely rebook if coming to the area again. Thank you Giuseppe.

We spent a week at Villa Nuba. It has a great location. Less than a five minute drive from the center but very quiet and peaceful. Super comfortable beds. Mosquito screens. Nothing will disturb your rest. Lovely to return to after the day if sightseeing. Giuseppe is a lovely host who speaks great English. He will give your great recommendations for restaurants or anything you might need. Do not hesitate to stay here. Highly recommended!

We booked two of the apartments - the Pinturrichio and Bonfigli - for a week for an adult family group. The apartments were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. The facilities and pool are every bit as fantastic as the photos on web pages - we enjoyed swimming and lazing by the pool, as well as several barbaques. The location is perfect, close to Perugia itself meaning a car wasn't strictly necessary and, unlike being in a more isolated location, it was easy for our family group to split up for an afternoon and do their own thing, or enjoy time together. The most wonderful, however, was having Guiseppe close at hand - towards the end of our stay my mother was taken ill and it was such a relief to have help to find a doctor and make the necessary arrangements, we really can't thank Guiseppe enough. We are very much looking forward to returning for what we hope will be a somewhat less eventful stay next year!
