Would you like to enjoy the peace and quiet, the forests, the swimming pool, beautiful walks and bike rides, perhaps even fishing? Then this is the place for you: The Morvan. This little paradise is surrounded by nature yet only 14 km from the town of Château-Chinon, where you will find everything, you need: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies. It is also centrally located for visiting beautiful towns such as Vézelay, Autun, Nevers, Dijon, Beaune.
This holiday home is equipped with every comfort:
fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms; 1 with a king-size double bed, 1 with 2 king-size single beds, 2 bathrooms; 1 with shower and toilet, 1 with bath and toilet, living room, washing machine and dryer, garage, room for storing bicycles, for example. The terrace overlooking Lac de Pannecière (where you can also swim or fish) is the perfect place to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. The gîte is on the ground floor of a large villa. The super friendly, helpful and very discreet owners live on the upper floor. The icing on the cake is, of course, the heated private swimming pool located on the beautiful grounds (1 hectare).
Not available for rent to persons under the age of 18.

The accommodation was of a very high standard. Spotlessly clean and spacious. The charming hosts had thought of everything, so the gite was exceptionally well equipped. It is situated in beautiful countryside and has a magnificent view to a lake. The swimming pool was kept immaculate. The whole area was very scenic and wherever we went there were magnificent views. If you want to go somewhere to relax, enjoy peace and quiet, then this is the place for you.

This property was simply excellent! Very spacious, clean and superbly equipped. The charming and very welcoming hosts made sure the experience was unforgettable. The views from the garden towards a lake were lovely and the swimming pool was sparklingly clean. The area was one of remarkable natural beauty, many lakes and historic interest. A very tranquil, relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Wie hier niet tevreden is, is dat nergens!! Huisje biedt alles wat nodig is, zwembad is heerlijk! Alles super netjes ook. Je kan er in alle rust genieten maar altijd bij de eigenaars terecht als je ze nodig hebt.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen, de gastvrouw en -heer zijn sympathieke mensen die u voldoende privacy gunnen. Het huisje ligt in een prachtige omgeving, we waren op slag verliefd! Een prachtige tuin & mooi zwembad, alles goed onderhouden, en heel veel water- & buitenspeelgoed voor de kinderen. Een paradijs! Een kleine tip: ligbedjes in de tuin ter hoogte van het huisje. Als er een kindje een dutje doet, kan mama of papa toch ook rustig in de tuin relaxen (het zwembad ligt wat verder van het huisje).
