About this villa rental
Villa Urlovic is situated in the little old village of Dubravka in Konavle, Dubrovnik area on a very quiet and sunny location only 12 km from the coast, and about 40 minutes drive south of Dubrovnik. The house is traditionally furnished and spacious inside, with 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining room. Ideal for outdoor living, the villa enjoys small gardens with flowers, barbecue and a private pool. You can relax on the big terrace on a sun beds enjoying in a wonderful view of sea, mountains and Konavle valley at the same time.

** A Dream Vacation !**
Our stay at this wonderful private accommodation with a pool was simply fantastic! From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The house is tastefully furnished, very clean, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The pool was an absolute highlight – we spent every day there, either swimming or just relaxing on the loungers. The garden is beautifully maintained and offers a lot of privacy, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings.
The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The location of the property is ideal, in a quiet area yet still close enough to all major attractions and activities.
We can highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return. A big thank you to the hosts for making this stay unforgettable!

Villa had all the essentials, comfy beds, good shower and air conditioning. The terrace was where we spent most of our time, in and out of the pool, looking at the amazing view and relaxing. The church bells next door do ring at 5.50am every day but they're
not a problem, it's just the neighbourhood dogs which unfortunately bark all evening (you don't hear them at night though) and the neighbour's scrap metal yard, which doesn't look very nice, but you don't see this when relaxing on the terrace. For rainy days it would have been nice to have a few games and DVDs, luckily we only had one day of storms. There is a newly opened local restaurant, a few minutes drive down the mountain, which also has stunning views across the valley out to sea and two other lovely restaurants rights on the river about a 10 min drive away. All three worth a visit. The villa is very rural so a car is necessay, there is a small supermarket about 20mins away, a bigger one just before Cavtat and a shopping centre the other side of Cavtat. The owner was very helpful and provided lots of information. Cavtat approx. half an hour away is a lovely place to visit and you can get a boat from there to Dubrovnik. Altogether a very enjoyable holiday.

We spent a very nice holiday at the villa.
Stijepo was a superb host. He met us at the airport (which is quite near & easy to drive to - with many corners & hills, though) and gave us some valuable information of the surrounding area. He even presented us with some home made juice/lemonade and some pastries as well. A nice, welcoming touch. All our messages were answered promptly. A+++
We also met his parents, when we visited Cavtat. The available parking space there was really useful and the parents were supernice.
The house was clean and we especially liked the pool area once the weather got warmer. The pool was bigger than expected, the water was clean & the views amazing (if you didn't look at the many old trucks on one of the neighbours yard...).
The village is quiet, but you can hear the church bells every morning at 5.50. You get used to it quite quickly and it did not bother us very much. There are also some dogs, who like to bark quite a bit & quite late. The location of the villa is good, but you definitely need a car. We visited Cavtat, Dubrovnik, Lokrum (took a boat from Cavtat), Molunat and Herceg Novi in Montenegro (remember to get a special permit, if you drive a rental). Pasjača beach was well worth the trip as well.
Our family of four voted and decided to give this property 4 stars out of 5. Recommended!

Close to Dubrovnik airport. Easy to find and nice quiet small agricultural village on the mountain side right beside the church. We spent a nice week in here. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Consult them if you wish to find the quiet beaches. A short drive to Cavtat which is excellent place for a sunny and slow day.
