House 130m², new (2015) with tasteful decoration.
It has a very bright living room of 35m² (with sofa, flat screen, stereo, 4 bedrooms (13m2, 11m2 and 10 m2) with a 140 bed, dressing room and a TV in each of them and one suite parents of 23 m2 with a bed of 160 and bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and dressing flat screen, a bathroom of 9 m2 with shower, tub and double sink, utility room of 10 m2 (with sink, 2nd fridge with freezer, washing machine, dryer), a fitted kitchen with fridge, range cooker, dishwasher and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...)
Without vis-à-vis, very quiet, on ground of 1800 m2 with trees dominant position and view over the village, the chapel st martin (classified at the historical moment) and vineyards.
8x4 private pool with integrated spa and safety cover.
Terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers.
Linen provided (towels and sheets). Sleeps 1 to 8 people.

We enjoyed a lovely couple of weeks at the property. It was very well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. My daughter particularly liked the Harry Potter themed bedroom! The pool and garden were definitely highlights - we spent a lot of time relaxing in and by the pool. There was lots to explore in the local area from pretty French villages to Roman remains and activities (canoeing and tree top adventures). The owner responded very quickly to any questions. Thank you for an amazing couple of weeks - we didn't want to come home.

Owned by friendly family who are quick to respond to requests. Well appointed and neatly finished property in a very quiet region of France. Ideal for visiting Pont du Gard and vineyards. No air-con made it uncomfortably hot during our stay (42deg) but these were exceptional conditions.
