Cretan House tastefully decorated situated in a garden of 12. 000 m². It is fully furnished and consists of a lounge / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double bed and closet, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. The house is air conditioned. It has 2 terraces, a full orientation south and north orientation. The house is surrounded by an olive grove, a vineyard, a vegetable garden and palm trees 40 years old. The property is located 5 kilometers from the town of Sitia and the local airport and 350 meters from the beach. The local beach is 4 km away while other magnificent beaches are located 20-40 minutes by car.

Jamine was a delight. The facility was excellent and having two patios (north & south) most appreciated. Great location for exploring the Eastern part of the island.

Lovely property in beautiful surroundings. The property is one in a small row of three holiday lets, set in a beautiful garden with views of the sea through the palm trees. The owners were friendly and helpful and available on email any time. It is a great place to explore Eastern Crete with many beaches etc within easy car journey. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone seeking tranquility and peace in this lovely, tastefully decorated holiday home.

Nice place. Community cats were great. Poor communication with manager and only cold water when we arrived. Gained wifi access from another guest next door. Issues were rectified by next midday.

Das Bungalow befindet sich in einem schönen Garten, abseits des Touristentrubels.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wir wurden auch sehr herzlich, mit Kuchen, begrüßt.
Leider mussten wir sofort wieder abreisen, da es in der Wohnung einen Unfall mit Mottenkugeln gab, der so schnell nicht behoben werden konnte.
Wir sind auf eigenen Wunsch gegangen und haben umgehend das Geld zurückerstattet bekommen.
Wir gehen davon aus, dass dies ein Einzelfall war, der Vermieter hat sich auch mehrmals entschuldigt.
Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber, komfortabel und die Lage sehr schön.
