Villa Morgan is a luxurious villa with stunning sea views situated in the hills right above the centre of Sainte-Maxime overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez. It is located in the peaceful Sémaphore quarter of Sainte-Maxime and is only an 10 minute walk to the center with its charming shops, restaurants and sandy beaches. This modern, spacious luxury villa is tastefully decorated, family friendly and boasts a heated swimming pool and large terrace with panoramic sea views. The pool also benefits from an automated hard cover for the safety of children. Off the beautiful open plan living room, a large terrace with outdoor sofas allows you to enjoy the splendor of the Cote D'Azur. Outside dining is provided for up to 10. Walk into town, stroll along the beach, hire windsurfers or hobie-cats at the sailing club. The stunning Nartelle beach is only minutes away by car with a huge choice of beach clubs to suit all tastes. Larger boats can be rented from the centre of Sainte-Maxime for cruising the beautiful coastline and sail across the bay to Pampelonne beach, picking any of the famous clubs and restaurants like Tahiti Beach, Nikki Beach or Club 55 for lunch. Or take the small ferry straight to Saint Tropez. Or take a boat to the national reserve on Port-Cros island. There are endless thrilling activities waiting for you. The villa sleeps 10+ consisting of 5 bedrooms and is air conditioned. There is a master bedroom including king bed, ensuite, seaview, and TV. There are 4 further ensuite bedrooms, one with two single beds, 1 with queen/double bed and 2 with king beds, all of which open on to garden terraces. Additionally, 2 of the king bedrooms also have double sofa beds making these bedrooms suitable for 2 adults and up to two small children.
And for those loving a warm pool, heating is provided on request from May until October depending a little bit on weather conditions.

The house was perfectly set up for our family group of 10. Plenty of room for all to be together or to have some time away from everyone else. The location was ideal for exploring this part of France and Sainte Maxime itself had lots of good restaurants, markets, etc.Our host, Michael, was very responsive both in the lead up to the rental and during the stay. Our major complaint (responsible for the 4 star rating) was the lack of reliable internet, although the listing said it would be available in every room. For more than half of our stay there was very weak or no internet connection in any part of the house. This made it quite difficult to research and make reservations for restaurants, activities, etc. (critical for a group of 10), and one member of our family was trying to work part of the time which proved to be problematic. Eventually the internet connection was improved in the main part of the house but was still unavailable in any of the bedrooms. All in all, we had a lovely stay and highly recommend the villa if you don’t need reliable internet during your stay or if that problem is really corrected.

A British family of 12 visiting France from the USA had an amazing time at Villa Morgan! Michael the manager did a fabulous job of liasing with us over all details and an amazing vacation was had by all!! We would not hesitate to go back to this area and this villa next time we head to Europe!!!

This house was perfect for our group of 7. We enjoyed meals both indoors in the spacious dining room as well as outdoors on the deck. The kitchen is well-equipped for any type of meal - whether you want to do serious cooking or just bring in food from the market. The grounds and the pool are lovely, and the view is spectacular. Michael is an excellent host - very pleasant to interact with and responsive to all of our inquiries. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we were to find ourselves in the area.

House had plenty of space, two kitchens and living rooms. Lots of bedrooms and extremely nice bathrooms. Outdoor space was great with a Pool, terrace/dining area, and a grill.The house is a nice walk down hill to town, takes about 15 mins.Only major issue we had is cable internet was not working and apparently had been that way for a while but we weren't warned about this. They gave us a cellular based wifi box but the problem was that cell reception was pretty bad so it would cut out a lot. Not good enough quality for work (e.g. uploading pdfs for emails and videochats did not work consistently).
