About this cottage rental
The cottage is located at the top of a hill on a 2 acre property. Enjoy beautiful views, quiet rural location, artful decor and driving distance to hikes, wine-tasting, beaches and casinos.
Pets and children are welcome!
The 2-bedroom cottage is very comfortable with art from all over the world. It has a cozy queen bedroom, a second bedroom/office with a double bed and large desk, comfortable living room, fireplace, kitchen and dining area.
If you need a third bed I can set up a single mattress (with bedding of course) on the floor of the second bedroom. Just let me know!
There is also an outdoor picnic table and various seating areas around the garden. Hibachis are available for BBQ.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware, and has a gas stove/oven, microwave, fridge and toaster oven. Coffee, tea, spices, condiments and other cooking basics are available for your use.
Guests are welcome to use the nearby laundry facilities of the main house. The laundry has a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board, outdoor laundry line and laundry baskets for guest use.
The cottage has its own driveway and entrance separate from the main house, and plenty of parking.
I enjoy offering a pet-friendly environment. The yard is fully fenced and am happy for dogs to explore unleashed, and that guests can relax knowing their pets are safe and happy!

I charge a $75 pet fee up to 2 pets, and $25/pet for 3 or more.
If you are spending time at the beach, I can lend you a couple of beach chairs, beach sheets, towels and sand toys.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on other bookings. Feel free to ask any questions and I'll make sure your stay is comfortable.

We spent a week at this lovely property, a short drive got us to many activities close by; Golf, the beach at Oceanside, wine tasting and the Saturday farmers market. Our host was friendly and helpful, the cottage is bright a cute with everything you need. A very comfy master bedroom.

A great lil 2 bed cottage on property. Lucy owns the main house and was fantastic. Even checking in when on a european trip to make sure we were all good.
Had a caretaker (Dr. Steven) here while she was on vaca so all needs were met. Highly reccomend this secluded, quiet lil place.
Decided to buy a home about 5 minutes away while here!

Great location with 360 degree views, but many barking dogs especially late nights and early mornings, and some roosters in the area.
Garden could be great, but is under watered and full of weeds.
House was clean, except for the couches were very stained/dirty. We put down towels and sheets so we could sit on them. Nice Owner.
