About this house rental
Enjoy this downtown oasis with a very private and tranquil backyard - you can read a book, relax or play a game of cornhole on the lawn and enjoy our Fallbrook sunsets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new high-end appliances with a large center island that you can pull up a stool and have your morning coffee. Go out the french doors to the back patio where you can enjoy a meal under the market lights.
All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with new luxury linens and new A/C individually controlled.
The home is equipped with mini-split air conditioning and heaters along with bedroom overhead fans.
Bedroom #1 with a deluxe King pillow top bed.
Bedroom #2 with a deluxe King pillow top bed.
Bathroom - is a full bath with separate water closet and entry area to get ready for makeup and hair. 3 distinct areas to make it more convenient to get ready for your day!
Excellent neighborhood for walking and many hiking trails throughout the area.
Fallbrook weather is pretty excellent year round, making outdoor activities delightful.
We are located in the heart of the Fallbrook Village. Walking distances to fun restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.
Maximum number of overnight guests is 5. Maximum number of guests at any given time on the property is 10.
Pet fee for $50 a stay.
*Queen size blow up mattress available at a nightly charge of $30/night.

Perfect place for a small family of 3-4 with a couple of dogs. We were in town for my brother's wedding and needed a place that accepts animals. This little bungalow was well remodled and provided all the necessary amenities. Super close to downtown, easy walking distance and a good size enclosed yard. The house was very clean, air conditioned, and well-supplied. My daughter and I were in town for a wedding. I was concerned about having one bathroom to get ready in, but the house was well-designed, and we had plenty of room. The outdoor area felt private and comfortable, although since we were there in mid-summer we didn't spend a lot of time in the yard.

We enjoyed our stay. The outdoor patio area was beautiful and the cornhole equipment, large patio table and grill were great features. This home is a very short walk to the historic downtown area. Bedrooms are small, but the beds are large & comfy.

We live near Fallbrook and wanted a peaceful, calm and relaxing space to ring in the New Year - this cottage as that exact spot! It was quiet, impeccably decorated and appointed and afforded us a two day soft nest to ring in the New Year. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
