About this house rental
Staying in our house, you can walk (450m) to a public beach in the center of Pampelonne Bay, unpopular although beside the beach club 55. The access to the house and the beach is done by a protected street of the housing estate of Pampelonne, without road to cross. The ground floor of the house is equipped with new bedding, a recent appliance, a wifi connection, and it opens on the ground, closed, sported and shaded. (2. 450m2, with garden furniture and parasol)
75 m2 for 4-5 people with:
- a living room / dining room TV wifi, with corner cooks equipped, cooks electric and gas, dishwasher and microwaves, refrigerator with freezer.
- a shower room with washing machine and toilet
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds.
The house is equidistant from Ramatuelle and Saint Tropez (about 5 minutes by car) and close to the coastal paths for the walk.

Das Haus liegt in einem Villenviertel direkt am Strand,. Am Strand gibt es diverse Clubs und Restaurants. Diese sind allerdings sehr teuer. St. Tropez Preise eben. Zum Einkaufen sollte man einen Ort weiter fahren. Da sind die Preise wieder normal. Für Strandurlaub und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen ideal.

Rez de chaussée d une maison typique et authentique avec toutes les commodités conformes au descriptif. Secteur calme et sécurisé. Belle plage de Pampelonne et du sentier du littoral accessibles très rapidement à pied et en toute sécurité..
