About this house rental
Particularly suitable for families with children, for those who need silence and peace, for those who love the sea, the beaches and the river but want to retreat in the evening to relax, in the cool (no need for air conditioning), maybe dining in the garden and be enchanted by the beauty of the starry sky and the meadows lit by fireflies. the only sounds you'll hear are the bleating of sheep, the song of summer cicadas and the rustling of the nearby Gottero river!
The Maimonrose house is an independent villa renovated in winter 2013, it is completely immersed in greenery right above the river of the village of Sesta Godano, with our adjacent house, in a beautiful estate of our property in Maimone (not detectable by navigators, it's just us!) but reachable from the center of the village of Sesta Godano in 1 minute by car and 5 minutes on foot. The house has a sleeping area formed by three bedrooms, one double with wardrobe, one triple with double bed and very comfortable sofa bed and wardrobe and one double with 2 single beds; then there is the bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and a beautiful open plan equipped kitchen with dining room, stereo, satellite TV and sofa. Furthermore you can enjoy the surrounding garden equipped with barbecue, chairs, table and umbrella, private parking and laundry. The house is also covered by free wifi.

Our stay here could not have been more enjoyable. Renato and Laura were discrete and excellent hosts and Maimonrose was spacious and cool inside. The local village has an excellent supermarket, and the Cinque Terre coast, Lucca and Torre del Lago were all within easy reach. I hope to stay there again in the future.

The property is ideally located being very quiet and private but just a short walk to the town of Sesta Godano, with great views of forested hills from the detached dwelling. The property is very clean, well equipped and spacious. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and whilst they are close-by, are not intrusive and are really lovely people. The communication via the VRBO app to the hosts delegated relative was exceptional being prompt, flexible and in perfect English. The property is perfectly situated for days out to numerous places of interest in the eastern Liguria and beyond. Would highly recommend.
