About this house rental
The house is part of a farm that has been cultivated with vines and olives for over 500 years and is located on a hill facing south. in the hinterland of the Gulf of La Spezia. It is like a small village with the old farmhouses, the villa, the stables, the church and the old oil mill. Arriving here means breaking away from the daily routine, breathing a different atmosphere, entering a different world, it means coming face to face with a nature that is both gentle and harsh, as is the entire Ligurian land. You can stroll in the shade of the naturally cultivated olive trees, immerse yourself in the surrounding forest, and then be welcomed into the 'hortus conclusus' where a large swimming pool surrounded by the scent of citrus fruits awaits you (open from 15 June to 15 September, weather permitting).
From here you can set out to discover the beauty of the sea of the 5 Terre, the Gulf of Lerici, and the promontory on which Porto Venere is perched. Explore the cities of art: Pisa with its 'piazza dei miracoli' Lucca with its thousand churches and mighty walls, Genoa with its ancient port and the palaces of the maritime republic.
From the port of La Spezia, you can reach Palmaria Island by boat, where we recommend the Pozzale beach: it is a place still steeped in the atmosphere of the past, with a view of the island of Tino and a pebble beach with clear water. The perfect destination if you are looking for peace and tranquillity.
The flat we have named 'Vermentino', after the most typical of local wines, will be the home you return to and will welcome you as a safe haven. Here you will find a comfortable accommodation with 1 room with a large double bed and a single bed, 2 double bedrooms, a 50 m2 kitchen with a fireplace and a solid stove for winter evenings when you can stop, take off your tourist clothes and recuperate after taking a shower in the bathroom on the first floor. There is a second bathroom, but this can be used in the spring-summer period, as it is accessible from the small balcony of the kitchen (however, it can be heated with a heater).
In summer you can then eat outside in a reserved area, preparing a rich barbecue or a good 'bruschetta' with Olio DOP del Levante ligure.
Ample private parking is available amidst the olive trees.

Giardino a Villa De Nobili is a very beautiful and historic property set in the hillside with beautiful views! The pool in the walled garden is a stunning location and the whole experience only made better by the amazing host Assunta and her kind family.

Nous sommes 7 personnes et nous avons passés un agréable séjour. Le gîte est propre, un endroit au calme et il y a de l'espace pour tout le monde.

Cette maison était très agréable, tranquillité, propreté, accueil des propriétaires, accès facile pour les cinq terres.
Nous étions ravis d'avoir loué cette maison et y avons passé un agréable séjour.

Der Ort an sich ist sehr schön, allerdings ist sowohl die Autobahn und auch die Güterbahnlinie in Hörweite. Eine Stromleitung ist auch in der Nähe. Sehr gute Pizzeria und kleiner Laden mit Brötchen in der Nähe. Das Meer ist auch nicht weit. Vieles was man braucht ist freundlicherweise vorhanden, an manchen Stellen wirkt das Außengelände etwas ungepflegt. Aber es ist viel Platz. Keine Ahnung, ob es an Corona lag, aber die Vermieter zeigten sich nicht, es wurde zum Teil nicht mal gegrüßt.
