About this apartment rental
This large and quiet apartment is located on the top floor (with elevator) of an ancient building in the heart of Verona, just a few steps from Piazza Erbe. In addition to a monumental entrance with internal court there is a concierge service during the day. The 130 square meters are divided into a large living room with dining table, a small kitchen with a balcony and a wonderful view of the court, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are respectively two doubles, one of which features a custom cabinet and balcony access, and a single one which features a small studio.
There is also the possibility of private parking within the facility, with the consequent possibility of circulation (not stop) within the ZTL.
Private parking with elevator for standard station wagon NO SUV (€30 per night).
This choice is ideal for both business and leisure travelers looking for a convenient central location and for families on holiday looking for elegance and functionality.
According to Italian rules the heating is from 19-21 degree and air conditioner 26 degree.
Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a private check-in at the property.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€4.50 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€95) is required.
At check-in, a damage deposit of €200 will be requested via credit card.
After the apartment has been checked, the deposit will be refunded within one week after check-out.

it was a very pleasant experience. having an elevator in a historic building is a plus considering all the luggages that needs to be brought up to the Unit. it would be nice if there was bathroom mat that is more stable, to prevent any slips.the double mattress on the other room is uncomfortable , uneven. Having a parking spotin Verona is another plus, only at a cost. I wish it is included in the rental.location-wise. - it is very conducive to the points of interest.

This apartment was perfectly located for us. The bedrooms were clean. The common areas were sparsely furnished and the rugs and furniture could be cleaner. Parking was challenging, as the apartment is in the city center. The parking spot referenced in description requires an additional fee and cannot accommodate a larger car. Very secure building.

Our family of four loved our time in Verona and this wonderful apartment! The location is really perfect - within the city walls and just a short walk to all the sites, shopping and many great cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself is really large, very pretty and was well stocked with everything we needed. We stayed for 5 nights and it was so nice to have room to be able to spread out and relax. We explored beautiful Verona and took easy day trips by train to Padua and Mantua. We had a fabulous evening at the Verona opera to see Nabucco. Watching it in a Roman amphitheater was an amazing experience and our young adult kids (18 & 22) loved it just as much as we did. Licia was a great help! She was very responsive, answered all my questions and even made a special trip to the apartment to show me how the washing machine worked when I couldnt figure it out! If we are ever in Verona again, we would definitely stay here! I highly recommend this apartment!
