About this apartment rental
The "Porta di Verona" apartment, recently renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the ideal base for those who want to visit Verona staying in the heart of the city (200 meters from the Arena), but without having to sacrifice mobility, thanks to the private garage below the house and at the strategic position, a step away from the bus and shuttle stops for the Station and the Fair.
Accommodation
A stone's throw from the Arena (via dei Mutilati 3), our apartment is ideal for a family, two or three couples or a group of friends who want to spend a stay in one of the most famous art cities in Italy, staying in the heart of its historic center.
The space consists of an entrance, an open space with a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, and a sleeping area with a corridor leading to two spacious double rooms (with the possibility of a double bed or two single beds in each room), each with relative bathroom complete with shower box.
The apartment comfortably offers space for 4 people, but there is the possibility of adding two extra seats by opening the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment, renovated in 2018, is composed of two spacious bedrooms with two beds each, which can be positioned as guests or as twin beds.
For each room there is a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The living area consists of a large open space with entrance, living room with sofa bed and smart TV, dining room and kitchen equipped with all comforts (stove, dishwasher, microwave / grill, fridge with freezer, kettle, moka , American coffee machine), and with everything needed for cooking.
In the living room and in each of the two rooms there are air conditioners.

The welcome to visitors is our trademark: we always leave our guests (in addition to a small welcome gift) maps, guides and an information and advice sheet that we have written, with the things we like best about our city. For those who prefer to discover everything by themselves, we will limit ourselves to wishing you a pleasant stay!
Check in
Check-in is between 3.00 pm and 8.00 pm.
Evening check-in (to be agreed in advance and in any case up to 24.00) entails a surcharge from € 20 (before 10pm) to € 40, to be paid in cash upon check-in.

Lovey stay in Verona! This apartment is large, clean, and modern. It is centrally located to all sites in the city. My family of 5 had plenty of space and really enjoyed this stay! The garage parking spot is a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

We visited Verona in July with our family of 5. The communication with the host was great, and we were met at the parking garage by the host to welcome us to the city and grant us access to the unit. The host was also accommodating after we added one guest from our initial booking.
Parking- The parking garage felt very secure, with a locked gate entrance and a private enclosed spot in the garage. There were steps and also small elevator access if preferred from the garage to our floor to access the apartment. The building was also very secure with a locked gate and locked door to access before getting into the building.
Apartment- The Apartment was extremely clean and spacious. There are two bedrooms, a pull out couch in the living room, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. The apartment itself is amazingly well located in the city and is just steps away from all of the attractions the city has to offer. It is also right next to a grocery store if you want to grab some quick items or cook at home. The air conditioning worked great which was a welcomed surprise after staying at some other locations in Europe. I would absolutely stay at this location again and recommend it for families!

Frcesco is a wonderful host. He met us at the apartment and shared all his recommendations of what to do and where to eat in Verona. His recommendations were spot on. The apartment is in an exactly location and it is in a quiet neighborhood. We walked all over the city easily. The apartment was clean and accurate to the description. Parking in the car box was a nice touch! We will be back.
