Studio of about 30 square meters on the upper floor of a renovated house in a small hamlet with a splendid panorama over the territory of the Majella-Morrone National Park. The studio apartment has an exposed wooden roof and has a space with a fully equipped kitchen, two sofa beds (2p + 1p) and a bathroom with walk-in shower. An internal wooden staircase leads to a narrow mezzanine which can however accommodate 1 additional bed. Panoramic balcony with a wide view of the Maiella and Morrone mountains, mosquito nets on the windows and summer-winter air conditioning.
A small garden with trees, fenced and equipped is available to users of the studio. Parking in front of the house.
