Lots of space, big living room, parking close-by, bathroom
Breakfast: mueslu, a bit old but neither yogurt nor milk, everything else was mainly processed sugar in different forms, fruit "juices" with added sugar, supermarket croissants, cookies; fresh fruit or at least natural yogurt would have been nice Kitchen: if you offer a kitchen, make sure the pan / pots are not of the poorest quality and there is at least one knife usable for cutting e.g. vegetables Cracking noises every few seconds from somewhere in the living room
