About this apartment rental
Duplex apartment very quiet in the countryside, comfortable and bright on the garden, with balcony and small sea view in Rothéneuf, charming district in the north of Saint-Malo. Free street parking. It is composed :
- on the ground floor: entrance, wc, large living room with American kitchen, table for 4/6 people, sofa, west-facing balcony offering a clear view of a garden and a small stretch of sea
- upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed (can be transformed into 2 x 80) facing west / garden / sea, 1 bedroom facing east garden with 2 beds of 90 (can be made into 1 bed of 180) , a bathroom with bath, separate wc.
The quality bedding is completely new.
The apartment is equipped with large closets, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD.
Optional: household linen € 20 for double bed (+ € 5 with hand towels / large and small towels) € 15 per person per single bed (including sheets and large and medium hand towel), bath mat
For more comfort, cleaning is offered (45 €).

L'appartement est très bien situé à quelques 100aines de mètres de la plage du Val, proche des commerces de Rothéneuf, dans une résidence calme (on n'entend que les goélands !). Il est bien agencé et très confortable (literie au top, cuisine complète avec le nécessaire de base pour cuisiner et nettoyer) ! On y a passé un séjour très agréable !! Dominique et Corinne ont été très réactives en cas de questions ou problèmes, nous l'avons aussi beaucoup apprécié ! Bref, voilà un lieu de séjour que l'on recommande fortement :)

tout y était parfait, juste une petite déception, il n'y avait pas de Wifi....

Accueil : il faut prévenir de l’heure précise d’arrivée, et l’heure de départ nous a été imposée 9h ou 13h.... , pour mettre les radiateurs en route la personne qui nous accueillait nous a dit qu’elle n’y arrivait pas et que nous n’avions qu’ à lire la notice...
les équipements : le fonctionnement des radiateurs électriques est trop sophistiqué, affichage, (un des radiateurs n’a démarré qu’au bout de 18h, puis il s’est de nouveau arrêté 18h) les boutons de la plaque électrique ne tiennent plus - on se coince les doigts dans les portes du placard d’entree - le lave vaisselle fait énormément de bruit - La porte du four grince très fort, les prises électriques sont impossibles à mettre : une lampe de chevet qui était débranchée à notre arrivée n’a pas pu être utilisée....
Heureusement nous étions bien à 100m de la plage et proche de commerces fort sympathiques
