About this apartment rental
This lovely two bedroom apartment is located within the Punta Plata apartment complex directly on the sea front with direct access to the beach. The apartment is south facing and the large balcony provides a great view of the beach and sea. The lounge is a good size and has a modern sofa area with a flatscreen and international TV channels including Sky, films and series are also available. In the centre of the room is a dining set for up to four guests and the terrace provides an amazing sea view with two comfortable sunbeds and a further dining table for four guests. The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons and a family shower room accessed from the hallway. A comfortable en-suite master bedroom with a king size bed and the second bedroom also has a king size bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned and the property now comes with a high speed fiber-optic internet connection. Private parking and communal parking is provided under the building and is accessed by a remote control. This apartment offers high standard accommodation next to the beach within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and a large supermarket.

Stayed in this property last week. We try to holiday this time of year to get a break from work and to recharge our batteries. This involves doing as little as possible. The apartment was an ideal base to fulfill this objective. It is in a great location for the beach, the old town and for grocery shopping - especially if you do not have a car. The view from the balcony is stunning as described in the details. The apartment is well appointed and has everything you need for a self catering break. The management agency we dealt with, and Thomas in particular, were helpful and not intrusive. The balcony, and the communal areas were a little dusty, and there were leaves etc blown off the trees in the stairwells. Estepona was quite windy last week and sand was being blown about in the stronger gusts. Thomas was prepared to get a cleaner in when we arrived, which we declined as the balcony was easy to sweep (which we did through the week). Good customer service though. The shared areas were not touched however, which I guess is a failing of whoever manages the entire block? A cleaner, and maybe a gardener might make the shared spaces look a little more presentable. All in all a lovely week and an apartment we were sad to leave too soon!

Perfect flat with a great view shame there is no pool but did not matter this time of year. Carrefour is in front not a pretty sight but is very handy and once’s inside don’t even no it’s there. I would stay here again. Can walk into town and resturantes at your door steps highly recommend san Antonio’s

Ligt direkt aan zee. Groot balkon. Twee badkamers.
12 dagen verbleven, een tussentijdse schoonmaak welke keurig was. Door de ligging, het uitzicht over zee en het grote balkon is het ons prima bevallen. De grote supermarkt aan de landkant is best handig en heb je verder geen last van.
Het appartementencomplex is buitenom maar matig onderhouden. De toegangspoort is kapot en staat daarom altijd open. Er is betonrot en er moet geschilderd worden.
