The grounds are magificent, exactly what I look for. The restaurant staff are really helpful, the kitchen is good but the menu is quite limited

The distance between the bed and the wall is not more than 30cm, making it so difficult to go to the toilet during the night. The shower cubicle was removed and replaced with a plastic curtain with water splashing all over the room. Also there is no bar where one can enjoy a drink on the magnificent terrace after a long day out.

Incantevole location, super attrezzata, camera molto curata e pulita, giardini curatissimi e staff super gentile, in particolare la signora Emanuela e la ragazza in accoglienza, super disponibili e cordiali.

Il borgo esternamente è fantastico e ben tenuto

L'appartamento era trasandato, diverso da quello mostrato in foto. I muri e i sanitari erano rotti e sporchi, i letti scomodissimi, la cucina accessoriata con pochissime cose (mancava praticamente tutto l'indispensabile per poter cucinare anche solo un piatto di pasta), la camera era senza finestra e l'odore di umidità era molto forte. Il ristorante non all'altezza della struttura (ci hanno servito i secondo insieme agli antipasti, la tagliata di manzo era stracotta e l'agnello alla griglia completamente crudo). Il personale alla reception quasi inesistente con completa assenza della cura del cliente
