A spacious vacation rental with a charming terrace in prime location in Florence.
This charming two-bedroom holiday rental is located on the first floor (no elevator) of a typical Florentine building on Via degli Alfani. This centrally located street places you in the heart of all of the city's most noted landmarks. Just steps away from Galleria dell'Accademia, the home of Michelangelo’s David, and a short walk to the steps of the Duomo. This lively area is conveniently surrounded by local markets and cafes.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 peoples given its two bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed and laundry facilities.
Well furnished and complete with charming characteristics like arched ceilings, there is a cosy atmosphere throughout the space. The living/lounge area is illuminated by wonderful natural light and is complete with a full-size sofa bed. From here you can access the spacious outdoor terrace. This tranquil outdoor space overlooks the interior of the building, offering a peaceful escape from the chaos of city life. The recently renovated modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The bedrooms are both spacious, quiet and feature high ceilings.The classically furnished master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds.
To accommodate larger groups, this affordable apartment rental is located in the same building as our Alfani 3P 2BD and Alfani 3P 1BD apartments. Please inquire with our sales department about renting multiple apartments within same building.

**We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 15:00
Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/ train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 19:00 -21:00 20 EURO | 21:00-23:00 40 EURO| 23:00 - 01:59 (next day) 70 EUR| After 02:00 on request
Check out time is 10:30.
When you make a booking, you confirm the agreement to rent directly from the owner, who is an individual. Shortly after, you will receive the contract. Additionally, we will send you confirmation of the services our company will provide to make your stay as smooth as possible. We will be on hand to offer you the support needed to access and enjoy the rented property
